○ I will stay with you as long as it takes for you to be “back”. Usually this would last 15-20 minutes after the session has completed.
○ First of all, come with your best disposition and openness.
You should avoid watching videos and reading about other people’s QHHT experiences as they can generate false expectations and/or could predispose you to a similar experience.
○ From 36-48 hours prior to your session, try to remain calm. I recommend avoiding going to parties, drinking alcohol, eating pork, staying up late, or participating in any activity that agitates you. You are just a short time away from going through intense energetic work. Save your energy for yourself!
○ Organize yourself in a way that you would not have any commitment after the session. If possible, not even the next day, thus giving yourself the opportunity to continue assimilating all the new information and all this unique experience.
○ In the morning of your session you may have a normal breakfast (except bacon and sausage), including a cup of coffee or tea.
○ Dress in very comfortable clothes and it is not necessary to wear makeup; unless it really makes you uncomfortable not to. Avoid wearing perfumes please!
○ I strongly recommend preparing a meal in advance so that at the end of the session you could consume it. This will help you come back into yourself, into your physical body.
